1. Confessions that attack anyone will not be posted. - We will not post any content that is attacking a group of people, or an individual. If your confession involves an opinion on a group of peoples be mindful and as respectful as possible when expressing it.

2. When reblogging or replying to confessions be mindful to others. - There are a lot of people who may be very sensitive to the confession or topic you are speaking about. It is okay to have an opinion but please keep in mind that other people may read what you say and to keep that opinion as inoffensive. 

3. No confessions that directly encourage ED behaviour will be posted - Note that we are not a pro-ana/pro-ED website, but our content is less censored than many other blogs. This is because we need to give people a place they can get nearly anything off their chests, be it triggering, indirectly ‘glorifying’ or not. Posts that may post a suggestive or encouraging tone to having an ED are self-directed to the person posting them: and thoughts of their own and are no means directed to anyone else.

4. You may post numbers (such as weight, days of ‘x’, etc) but note that mods will censor them when necessary.

5. All confessions will be posted as anonymous unless the submitter informs us to do otherwise.

6. Be aware the mods reserve the rights to edit confessions if they in some way seem inappropriate, etc. If you have a problem with the editing of your confession, do not hesitate to leave a message in our ask so that we can discuss the issue with you.
